PENADAS POR LA LEY (Bilbao - Espagne) Penadas Por La Ley have two members coming from Argentina. They live in Bilbao for a long time, have 4 albums. They played our area in 2015 and 2016, then in 2017 we organise a collaboration to be french label of the album.
