ENGLISH DOGS from Birmingham in England was formed at the beginning of the 80's and released some historic anthems. An important change in the line-up happened in 85 with singer Wakey leaving the band during the German tour with One Way System. After this they became a trash metal band, the new singer style was different. In 97, Wakey came back singing in THE WERN'T (with the GBH members Jock and Ross). They released 1 album and 1 single playing unreleased songs from the English Dogs first demos. Actually two bands are touring under the English Dogs name: the trash one and the punk-rock one with Wakey, this one we booked in France and released the new album in vinyl (with the help of the Czech label PHR Records).
