Review in SLUG & LETTUCE # 65 : This band is really awesome. I would have guessed that they were English to listen to them - drawing on that UK-Punk sound heavily. But they're French. They play with a super energetic fully charged adrenaline style that is super catchy - yet strong and powerful - which is all the better. They draw on the UK-Punk thing a touch of street-punk, a touch of the UK-Subs, some other older bands of who's names doesn't exactly come to me now and it doesn't matter all that much. Nevrotic Explosion are fucking great! To be able to play strong and heavy while playing a very catchy energized style where heavy doesn't mean drop tuned and metal is really cool. And this is that pure charged punk rock - that rocks!!! * * * * (Chris)
